I engaged Matt to sell my Merewether apartment in May 2020 with uncertain expectations of whether we would get a result given Covid 19 restrictions and what had been reported in news circles as a flattening market and an economy in free fall. From day one of the campaign Matt displayed an air of professionalism and confidence in my property that I had not experienced with any other agent I had dealt with over the past 30 years of selling my properties. Matt answered all of my questions openly and honestly, listened to my feedback and suggestions and adjusted his strategy from week to week throughout the sales campaign.
